We offer payment by all major Credit/Debit card, Paypal and Apple/Google Pay. We reserve the right to not offer certain payment methods and to refer to other means of payment. Personal cheques and money orders cannot be accepted.

Morsel reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders for which we are unable to authorize a payment or any other reason deemed appropriate by Morsel. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, Morsel will issue a refund to the customer’s account..

We ship worldwide with UPS from our studio in Mallorca!

We will process orders during the workweek and you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-3 working days. If you require urgent delivery on your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate!

The shipping fees will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping bag system and on the order page. Due to international custom laws, international orders may incur additional charges and be subject to delays at customs. The buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs. Please contact your local authorities for more information on such applicable customs duties and fees.

For delivery in Mallorca, the items in stock are generally delivered in 2 to 3 working days (excluding processing and preparation time), but you can always contact us to pick up locally to save on shipping fees.

For delivery in Europe, the items in stock are generally delivered within 2 to 5 working days (excluding processing and preparation time).

For delivery in another country outside of Europe, please contact us by sending us an email to hello@morsel-store.com to find out more about delivery times.

Not a perfect match? Returns and exchanges can be made on full-priced items and no later than 10 days from the date of receipt.

We limit our returns policy on items travelling long distance. All orders outside of Europe are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please order carefully and email us ahead of purchasing if you have any questions or doubts about fit, sizing or color.

Due to our limited inventory we currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

All the goods in our store were ethically produced and responsibly sourced. Handle them with care. Please read the care label, as each garment has different needs to ensure it stays in its perfect condition. Details are also mentioned on the single product pages under garment or product care.

01 COTTON

A natural, biodegradable and breathable fabric. Hand wash or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a gentle, eco friendly detergent and avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the natural colors. To remove persistent stains, gently rub with soap and water before washing. Air dry where possible or tumble dry on a low setting if necessary.

02 LINEN

A natural, biodegradable and breathable fabric. Hand wash or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a gentle, eco friendly detergent and avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the natural colors. To remove persistent stains, gently rub with soap and water before washing. To remove creases, gently steam iron the garment whilst still damp. Some of the linen pieces are garment dyed for a softer color and are designed to naturally fade over time. Take extra care when removing stains and washing these pieces to protect the color.

03 SILK

A delicate, natural, biodegradable and breathable fabric. Turn the garment inside out and hand wash in cool water, with similar colors. Use a gentle, eco friendly detergent and avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect our natural colors. To remove creases, gently steam iron the garment on a low setting. Avoid spraying perfume or deodorant on or around the garment, as this can stain.

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your tracking number by UPS. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as Bancontact and iDeal. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by WooCommerce.
